Thanks for your post Sabrina. It makes me sad to think that your grandmother treated you the way she did. It makes me sad to think that people in my own family in the past would do the same thing. I would like to think that my family members would embrace any child of mine. I like to think that it is our generation that will make the difference.

I was talking with a social worker today and she told me that if my homestudy was five years or older I couldn't just do an update, I would have to have a brand new homestudy done. Does anyone know if this is correct?
