Gloria, Good luck to you and your family as you go through all the fun the second time around. We too have adopted twice through Abrazo. Each time was different. With our son we spoke with so many birthmoms I lost count, but than we found great birthparents. The time from the parent weekend to the birth of Jackson was nine months. With our daughter the wait time was just a few months shorter. We were ready to talk to lots of birthmoms, (which it is easier after doing it once already) and would you belive it our second birthmom we spoke with was the one!!! We are so very lucky to have both sets of birthparents in our lives, And let me tell you they are totally diffferent. So keep us posted on your joyous journey!! Jan

I was on the Forum earlier today and was so excited about the placement of a baby girl (it had been so long since the last placement) and then to log on again this evening and read about another placement of a baby girl that we all have been following her story. What a wonderful day. Congrats to the newest family with all their pink ribbons and bows!!! Jan

Can't say it enough, save as much as you can now!!!! Start buying diapers in every size too. Don't forget once you have adopted your first child you will want to do this again Jan

Another reason you want to make a copy of your application so when you go for baby number two you can refer back to it. You won't remember what you wrote down when you need it again. Jan
