Good detective work Carine. Hopefully these contacts and the contacts that Angela and Ruth are making will find this sweet boy a loving home.

Ohhh. What a sweet little Christmas angel for one lucky family. I pray that he is not alone much longer in that cold, noisy hospital.

Congrats to Jon, Julie, Elaina and Skylar!! What a beautiful family. They are so tiny and precious. Just love the photo in the gallery! Be sure to ask the hospital staff about Kangarooing your precious bundles. Our Gabe was two months early and weighed 4lb7oz when he was born and our hospital recommended kangarooing him. That is when you wear a button down shirt and sit in a chair with your baby who is in just a diaper and hold him/her to your chest so that skin touches skin. This keeps their body temperature better regulated, helps them to gain weight sooner, and gets them out of the hospital faster!! Not to mention the great bonding it encourages. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to pm us! Congrats and Happy Kangarooing!

Because to me those people are forgetting what a complete MIRACLE that all of it (adoption/pregnancy) is!!
As Celeste stated so eloquently CLUELESS!!!
So true. That's the most irritating thing to me is how many people take the miracle of life for granted. Or the one's who claim to own their children, because THEY created them. Children are a gift from God, created by God and noone else. We are just blessed to be a part of their lives through adoption or pregnancy.

What a great idea!

Kristin and Rich,
Congratulations on your new bundle of blue!

Linda, Anthony, Andrew and Ayanna,
What an amazing transformation your family has gone through over the past year. I remember when you were new PIWs and had some ups and downs waiting for the child you had dreamed about to fill your home and hearts. And now, you are a family of four!! Amazing how things change in a year! What an incredible journey for you all! You are so blessed! Congratulations!
We will be praying for Ayanna, her birthparents and your families. May you all find this new transition to be smooth and peaceful.

in Looking to Adopt

Elizabeth,
Is there anything that we can do (besides pray) to help this little angel find a home? Can we send monetary donations so that he can stay in Abrazo foster care once he's discharged? Are there phone calls that we can help make or emails that we can write to help put the word out about this little sweetie? Do you have any pictures of him that we might be able to post? Can we contact adoption agencies in our home towns to see if there are any families able to provide him a home? What are his medical details, does he require special care once he is released from the hospital? Please let us know what we can do to help give this little boy a great start.
