    We are so happy for you and your family. Skye is so precious. Can't wait to meet you all at our next get together. Your daughters name is beautiful and the s thing is cute. We are all m's and not on purpose either. Isn't is just wonderful how things fall into place (with a lot of hard work from the Abrazo angels).

    Hi Forumites,

    I am just now getting on the forum for the first time. I have been trying to get on the forum for 5 hours, but the internet in our hotel has been out.  Dont they know I Need to get on mad.gif  mad.gif  mad.gif

    It is so exciting to finally be the one whose picture is under new arrivals,we have waited so long to be the "headliners".  As I joked to Pamela as she took the photo,this is a "real" adoptive parent picture.  Real in the fact that we had to jump on a plane at a moments notice with only the clothes on our backs,a diaper bag with borrowed everything from the Abrazo gals,a borrowed carseat and Pamelas digital camera.  We flew into Dallas, got our daughter,stayed overnite and flewback to San Antonio the next morning (in the same clothes and having no sleep).  All of those "special" outfits I wanted her 1st photograph in were back at the hotel in San Antonio with our clothes.  And the funny thing is, it isprobably one of my favorite pictures ever.

    What you dont see,is all of the hardwork and love that went into that picture, care of the Abrazo Angels. They went so far above and beyond to help us that thank you will ever be good enough.  I have to say that somany people have been so amazing along thisjourney that I feellike one of the most blessed people in the world today.  Oh yeah,and the adorablelittle bundle next to me ain't so bad either tongue.gif

    Thanks again everyone for those kind wishes and we are alltruly lucky to be at Abrazo together.

    Hi njdonna,

    We are one of the couples that weadoptedthree referred to Abrazo and we are so happy she did.  We are happy parents of a beautiful 5 month old daughter and Abrazo made our dreams come true.  Abrazo builds families which includes our daughters birthparents who we have a great relationship with.  We live in PA but are originally from NJ and spend a lot of time in NJ since our families still live there.  If you ever want to talk feel free to private message me also.

    Like the other posts I also have unexplained fertility and we were in the October 2003 orientation weekend and now have a beautiful 3 month old daughter.  Abrazo (along with birthparents) makes dreams come true so give them a call they will answer any questions you may have.

    I am so overjoyed to see our beautiful announcement and we are so greatful to our birthparents for beings so wonderful and courageous to change our lives forever with our beautiful daughter Madelyn Christine.  We have had 3 months to start building a great relationship with Madelyns birthparents and we look forward to a bright future with them.  Madelyn was born on April 1 weighing 7 lbs 3 oz 19 inches.  She is just absolutely perfect we just can't take our eyes off of her.  It is just so funny how by having the little bumps in the road turn into such blessings.  Thank you Jean and Nathan and I hope to see you while we are here.  Thanks to the Burns family who I can't wait to come and visit and have our children meet.  The Greatbambinofest has been such a support we are blessed to have you in all our lives.  Well I better get back to watching Madelyn sleep.

    Please keep our birthparents in your prayers this is such a difficult time for them we just want to help them in any way we can.

    Congratulations Julie and Taylor!!!! You are both such wonderful people and your son is so blessed to have you both as parents.  Our prayers and happy happy tears are with you and your family on such great news.  Hope to hear from you soon and see some pictures of your blessing.

    Jean it was great to meet you and Nathan at the orientation and Nathan is such a beautiful sweet child.  Thank you for sharing your wonderful story with us and your prayers for our matching.  It will be great to see all our babies in the matching outfits.  Looking forward to the reunion next year :)
