Saw this today,
Katherine Heigl and Josh Kelley Welcome Second Daughter
Steve Granitz/WireImage
Katherine Heigl and Josh Kelley‘s family is growing.
The couple, already parents to 3-year-old daughter Naleigh – whom they adopted from South Korea — have welcomed a second little girl, the actress’s rep confirms to PEOPLE.
“Yes they have adopted a baby,” rep Jill Fritzo tells PEOPLE. “No further details [are available] at this time.”
Heigl says adoption was always in the plan she had for a family with her singer-songwriter husband, 32.
“Josh and I started talking about it before we were even engaged,” the actress, 33, said in January.
“We have talked about having biological children as well, but we decided to adopt first. I’d like to adopt again.”
ET Canada was first to confirm the news.

Was anyone else surprised to learn that Jack Wagner (GH-Frisco Jones, Melrose Place-Dr Peter Burns, musician) was himself a "birth" father? He told the story on Dancing With the Stars on tribute night on Monday. He did not know she even existed (her birth having resulted from a "fling" in the 80's, and her birthmother placed her for adoption as an infant). She located him through a private investigator when she began the search for her birthparents as an adult. But here's the "really gutsy move" part...she ran up to him backstage at a concert just before he was getting ready to perform on-stage, and literally threw herself at him and told him who she was. And here's the wonderful part, he has totally accepted her into his family and actually seemed overjoyed with finding out he had a daughter, and now they are great friends.
He told the story on DWTS as the dance was to be a tribute to a memorable moment or person in your life. He introduced her to the world on DWTS, and I think that says a lot about his character as a person.
I had read about their story in People magazine a few months ago and agree that it's a great Reuion story!

Welcome to our family baby girl!
I've been praying for a long time that you will find your home in the arms of James and Christy. They have been through a lot and will love you more than you will ever know.
Imagine the future... You will grow up knowing your whole family. I bet you’ll be a well traveled little lady. Your big brother Benny will watch over you. In fact, I bet he'll be super protective! Soon enough we'll be down to visit and give you a zillion little butterfly kisses. (Although I'm ready to pack up today and squeeze those cheeks of yours today!)
James and Christy - Whenever I spoke with Mama R, it was clear that she understood the pain that was in your hearts. As strong as she is, she can also be very compassionate. I love how she embraces the concept of adoption with such conviction.
Elizabeth, Audra and Brianna – You sure know how to make magic happen! Thank you for supporting Mama R as she chose her path. We will forever be grateful for bringing us all together and showing us the power of love through open adoption.
All our love,
Carine and Jim Krull
Benny, almost 2! – 1st n 10
Kimmy Jo, 4 – InDecision 08
Love this! What a great testimony to open adoption!!

Congrats to all who love this baby girl!

I've had people tell me the same thing: Must be nice to not have gained any pregnancy weight or to go through labor pain. When in reality our path to parenthood was anything but easy but I wouldn't change the outcome for anything in the world!
-
Welcome to the world precious one and congrats to all who love him so!

We did a spreadsheet with all the dates, amounts with paid to who and details of what it was for. We copied all checks and receipts and included the final adoption decree. We sent it all in to the IRS but were then asked to resend so please make sure to keep a copy.

I've never used Skype but have used FaceTime for the iPhone and it is so neat! Technology is truly amazing!!
Garrett's first mom does not have the tools to be able to Skype right now but maybe in the future.

Of all the baby announcements we've posted over the last year (or two!), perhaps none was so eagerly awaited by so many as this one! Thus it is our pleasure to fondly announce the placement today of a beautiful baby boy with a very gracious and patient couple from our 1st & 10 orientation weekend of 1/10.
So true!!
Congrats on your new son! Prayers for everyone who loves this little boy!!

It's not online but we bought a CD at Best Buy for scrapbooks. It was very easy and turned out really good. I think it was only around $25.00. Good Luck!!

I was about to suggest Hannah update the Curious to Know You thread but maybe she should wait to confer with this mystery couple on a July Tweener group name. My vote is "The Christmas in Julys"
That's a great name suggestion!!
Love it!!!
