Baby Announcements 2008

Recommended Posts

What a beautiful opportunity to live all the positive and glorious parts of open adoption. Shauna, Ty, Dyna, Glenn, birthgrandparents, adoptive grandparents and all who have joyously watched this relationship unfold pray that God continues to bless the openness and close ties that have been built. Congratulations all.

Congratulations to the newly created extended family. What a sweet and warm picture of the three of you, I can feel how sincere you all are in your caring for each other in your picture, may that never change as it is a beautiful thing. Enjoy these days all together as they are the most cherished and what a lucky little boy Ty is to be loved by so many.

Enjoy,

Sandi

How do you love them, these touches only the road could imagine!

Because the road still tells a good story about small figures pretty much like yours charging against the horizon.

And tells how, against astonishing odds often including themselves, most people get where they’re going.

--from the poem "Road Life" by Reg Saner

Some miracles come to us along direct routes and others via meandering pathways, but whenever and however babies find their way home is nothing short of miraculous! So it is that two parents who'd already traversed numerous journeys have found themselves, tonight, taking placement of their daughter's three-month-old birthsister (thanks to their courageous firstmother, whose life's twisting road led her back to Abrazo, once more.) That these little girls will now grow up together, in the loving home of another fine couple from MamaPapaTents 3/08 is proof positive that following a divine road map never steers you wrong! Here's wishing both sisters and all the parents who love them Godspeed, as they travel life's highways and byways, for truly-- all roads do lead home.
