  8. Congratulations Walker family. Now your family is complete with two beautiful little girls. Of course I am somewhat biased since I have a younger sister and she is my only sibling. Katharine, all I have to say to you is to be nice to your younger sister because one day she will be your best friend, and as for Marjory and Bob: look out, 'cause those girls are going to be a handful. Dad, have your shotgun ready for when those boys come calling. Love to you all and Congratulations again.
  9. Congratulations to the newest family. What a whirlwind for the new parents and the birthparents as well. My lack of sleep from last night was well worth it when I was present to help Mike and Kelly become the proud parents of their little boy Ethan. Congratulations again
  10. Hi Noah! I just found this place to post. I was excited to finally find it. So do you like being a big brother? What do you like about it? What don't you like? I'm sure that you are being a big help to mom and dad. I was so happy to be there at the hospital with you. I had fun racing with you around the hospital. Keep reading those good books. Take care

  14. Yes and if we did not keep you up late on Friday night then you would miss out on the late night singing and dancing we do when we are sleep deprived. That alone is worth the lack of sleep.
  15. Boy, I'm falling behind on my congratulations. The placements are happening quicker than I can get on the forum. Congratulations to Tonya and Dave and Baby Ashton. Congrats to Jay and Tina and Makenzie and also congratulations to Brad and Melanie and baby Camryn. Whew!!! Did I get them all? What a whirlwind week this has been and all after such a full weekend with orientation. Congratulations to all the new mommies and daddies and the new families that have been created. God Bless all of you.
  16. Congratulations Jay and Lindsey! Your baby boy is such a blessing and we cannot wait until you bring him by the office so all of his aunts at Abrazo can show him some love.
  17. Congratulations to Tony and Donna Your baby boy is precious and I did not want to stop holding him. For those of you who know that I am not that comfortable holding other people's babies this one was a little different. I have become more and more comfortable with it and Ethan was a joy to hold. You guys will make wonderful parents. Enjoy. It was a great pleasure to be so involved in this placement and this has been one of the first that I had a more hands on with. Take care and I'm sure I will see you three again before you go home. Love to Ethan.
  18. Congratulations to Joe and Nancy! Their baby girl Cheyenne Rose is a real cutie. She has a full head of hair and a cute button nose. She is a real blessing. Congratulations also to the new big brother. I'm sure you will love having her around. God Bless to You All!
  19. Claudia, I agree with your thought about you and Marcelo doing extra little things during this season of lent to better yourselves and your lives. I grew up being raised Catholic and I still practice the religion however I remember that we were taught to give up something during lent. Usually it would be chocolate or sodas or something that we really liked but really after the 40 days of so called sacrifice we would go back to eating those things or doing what we gave up again. I wish that more people would emphasize that it would make more sense to take on something different that would improve on their lives or themselves and keep with the committment throughout the year. This is easier said than done for me since I have been so conditioned to give up something although in the last few years I have tried to be aware that the season of Lent is more about my faith and what I can do to improve my relationship with God and the people around me. Just my thoughts Mona
