Congratulations to the newest family of 3!!!

After much delay on my part, we finally received our 2012 refund. I had filed them incorrectly last year, so I had to refile them. Due to life in general, I was not able to refile them till this past October (I filed a extension last April), and we received all of it this week. We are so happy to be done with all of that!

Kevin and I took a similar class in January 2011. It was a great way to meet other people in the Houston area and also, hear from professionals about adoption. I hope that this class is a success for all the people who attend.

Kevin and I chat about whether/when to start the adoption journey again often. Some days it's, yes, lets start now and other days it's no, lets wait. We think Alexander would be a incredible big brother and we would love to be a family of 4 but we are still waiting for the subtle nudge, hint that it's the right time to jump in. I will defer to Melissa's statement above because I really do believe that.
