Hi Kristin....Congrats on starting your process! A very nice young lady called me from Abrazo yesterday and said that she would be sending out our application We are very excited to be able to work with Abrazo again for our 2nd Adoption (hopefully)

Hello Everyone out there. My husband and I adopted through Abrazo 7.5 years ago and have a Beautiful Daughter. We just recently put in our Inquiry to adopt again. I was wondering how long these days it usually takes to hear back form Abrazo? Any info would be great. We sent the Inquiry in about a month ago. Thanks for any info. Gloria

Thank you both so much for your replies. Wow...how neat is it that you both were able to adopt sisters!! I am glad to see that Abrazo was so good (as usual) in helping you both through each adoptions. We are hoping & praying that we can/will be able to get in to the upcoming December Oritnetation

time around go? Did you find it to be just as smooth. Was there a longer waiting period due to already having adopted a child? We are looking to adopt again through Abrazo and are going to send in our Inquiry today. We are just wondering how things go the 2nd time around. Thanks for any info.

We were tired of going to the doctors taking all the different medicines and shots. Timing this timing that. I don't even want to think about those days. It was also putting a lot of stress on our relationship. We wanted to take control of our lives again. We knew that God must have wanted us to be a part of a childs life even if it was not from our genes. And we wanted to become parents. We were blessed with a beautiful baby girl in 1999 who we love very much. Like someone said above you yourself will know when you are ready to move on. Abrazo is an excellent agency. All of the staff are really caring in the situations of the adopting family as well as the birthparents. One of the staff was present when our daughter was born. If that tells you anything. I do not know of any other agency that would have done that. Their name says it all they EMBRACE you from the begining of your adotion plan to the end. They are a very great group of people. You will not be disapointed if you choose them as your agency.
